Ingredients of Grilled Prawns

15 prawns
4 cloves garlic
2 spring onions
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soy sauce
2 tablespoon coriander leaves
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 inch ginger
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon lemon juice

Step 1 Prepare the marinade
To prepare this easy recipe, add peeled garlic, ginger, roughly chopped spring onion, chilli powder, salt, sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice and coriander leaves into a blender and make a fine paste.

Step 2 Marinate the prawns
Now, wash the prawns and marinate in this paste for at least 15 minutes.

Step 3 Add marinated prawns in a skewer
Take a skewer and start adding prawns to it one by one. Don’t leave too much space between prawns.
